From our contacts the bars are full of them….in Poland. These oxygen thieves are nipping across the boarder. Getting a few selfies near a bombed out building then back to the safety of Poland to talk about their tales in the bar wearing fresh out of the packaging combats, some go a little further and post their heroics on social media asking for donations via Go fund me pages.
Naturally the Ukrainians who have more than enough on their plate are getting rightly pissed off having to police such a walt pandemic. Basically they the Russians on one side and walts on another.
Our latest walt comes in the form of Butch Kemp
Visual evidence is sent which shows Butch is most definitely not a man to be trusted and go fund me Charity requests follow him where ever he goes. A bit like John Sixthsence.
The Tip Off
Good afternoon to you, please can you help me. I’ve just been to Ukraine/Poland and I met a guy there claiming he was a ex Colonel and 26 years with French Foreign Legion, since I’ve returned I’ve done a few checks on him and things don’t add up. He was very convincing and is still out there , also claims he is a multi millionaire, etc but still asking for donations for fuel, medical supplies. I’ve got information on name for you. His name is Butch Kemp or Roger Kemp, i will send you photos of him now in uniform but in 2018 Butch Kemp claims he had cancer spent $200,000 and lost sight. I will post you all I have now , including fb.
It’s alleged he’s had quite a few run ins with the law due to his scamming ways.
It took us two minutes to reverse image
Questions were then asked about his other suspicious fund raising activities due to Kemp posting requests to help him financially while in the Ukraine.
His details were then checked via contacts within the FFL
Found on the Butch Kemps Instagram. That picture are of members of FFL, but taken back in 2019 which he stole from a news article
As we started checking Kemp’s page we noticed he was doing exactly the same James Shortt. Finding pictures on the internet and making out he’s taken it while being there.
More people started asking questions then 23rd May and 20th May a new Instagram account by Butch Kemp and possibly setting up his next scam.

"I went to Ukraine on Friday 11th March to join the International Legion, from Krakow airport we had to make our own way to the border. I met Xxxx there and two others. We caught a train to border and that is when we met Butch Kemp, very full on, said he was ex Colonel French Foreign Legion, when you meet someone for first time you take them for what they say. During the 48 hours I spent with him he said he was multi- millionaire, owned Butch Kemp Designs, one of the lads said he was told he had a £180 million yacht.
It was only when I returned I checked him out. What I found I think he is a fraudster, con man"
Interestingly we were contacted in regards to one of his claims on instagram.
"I arrived on Friday 11th March at Krakow airport on my own but met up Xxxxxx through a mutual friend, to join the International Foreign Legion of Ukraine no-one met us at airport we met two others there Jamie and George. We were WhatsApping those who should of met us. But after a couple of hours we received message we had to make our own way to Boarder and into Ukraine. We got taxi to train station and had to catch a train to Ukraine boarder over 3 half hours on there. That is when we met Butch Kemp who was on that train. You take people for face value and that’s when he said was ex Colonel in French Foreign Legion 26 years service."

But he’s not part of any team after being chased out due to his lies putting people in danger.
Total Scamming Walt. He’s never been awarded it or known to the FFL.
We have since learned our Butch has managed to latch on and bluff his way into a charity.
As we know from past walt scammers they pick their targets and like to play the long game. Gaining trust as a genuine guy, before making their move. By that time it’s to late.

The Charity Connect Aid Cic has been warned but have ignored the warnings. Sadly they will have to find out the hard way.
