We were approached by a concerned member of the public, who informed us of Carls activities. He contacts vulnerable females / survivors of abuse, offers them aftercare / mental health support. Then once in his inbox, he grooms them with dits about Navy service, then starts telling them he`s in a fix and has no money.

So, we did our thing, and gathered in the evidence. Our boy likes to tell folk on ze facebook that he was a AWW CPO….

Not only that, on his Dating profile, he likes to claim that he was a QM.

Armed with this, we put out a CC1…

The problem we have with these claims which makes it sound far fetched, is that he has told folk he only did 3 years service. Joined in 1997, then MDd in 2000 after a back injury. You don`t reach those ranks in under 3 years.

And as expected, no one from the depot during that time knew of him by that name or his adopted name Carl Young. Senior Ranks were also approached, as he would have been known to them if he had been the rank he claimed, and he was also unknown to them.

At this point, it was time to issue our obligatory “Come on Down” for a chat with tea but no Hard tack or ships biscuit.

And what a surprise, Radio Silence, it seems he only likes speaking to vulnerable women, that he can cadge his next meal ticket from. How sad, never mind.
