Meet James Roche.

You may remember he appeared on the liam tuff podcast not that long ago, where he talks about His disturbing account of death, war, devil worship, & extreme violence……oh really.

The comments from veterans and people who really knew him told a very different story.

Well after watching all that and wiping the blood from our eyes and ears TWMHCHQ decided to do our thing.

First we started a very basic search and soon found an article about Roches heavy criminal past.

James roache 45 lived and grew up in cedars close pinehurst Swindon Wiltshire he has a brother called Tim and Adam his sisters name is Maria he has a cousin called Micky lane James went to st Joseph’s catholic school in Swindon.

He also went under the name James Mercer and tried his hand at acting. He made a video of himself doing gangster shite and posted it up making out it was the real thing to make out he’s a hardened gangstaaaaaar.

Jailed for drug dealing where he disappeared from the earth for around a few years. Must of been all those special Iraq and Afghan tours.

Some petty crime tags, but a plastic gangster.

Roches solicitor claimed he had completed four tours of Afghan , but the other lie to the Judge was Roche had not been in any trouble for for a while, but under his other name Mercer and different date of birth he had been in trouble for drug offences in September 2019

So not the first time we see some wankspangle use the armed forces and supposed operational deployments as a case for sympathy to a judge, and yet again no due diligence by the courts to make sure the defendant is telling the truth.

So let’s look at Roches supposed 14 years in the army.

Roche knew if he mentioned the particular regiment during the interview it could be easily checked, so he was always vague in that respect.

His stories and terminology was terrible for someone who had served 14 years and made SGT.

Roche had clearly been watching Ross Kemp on the front line and Rambo films.

A few people from his past reached out to us.

But regardless of all the stories we still needed to pin down the regiment he was claiming to have served with as a SNCO with Iraq and Afghan under his belt, but then this golden nugget dropped.

So we took a peek. The video is Roche, who calls himself Jimmy the Gent to his mates at Rage UK Swindon, while running in preparation for a charity.

A Sgt in 3 Para your leg tats say, let’s see as such a character in the 3 Para mess would not be that hard to forget. Especially that Barnet!

We posted up our CC1 to members of 3 Para who would have served on Herrick tours, Roche claimed to have served in.

It did not take long.

With that we reached out to our friends to run his name’s through their systems.

Yep you guessed it.

No records of having attempted P Company.

No records of having passed the Basic Parachute Course at RAF Brize Norton.

Records of him as having served in 3 Para.

So why the Parachute Regiment tats Roche?

One thing is for sure. We’re all looking forward to Roche clearing up the confusion on the Liam Tuffs podcast.

Going by his previous story telling, his excuses should be pure gold.
