Gather ye round me old ship mates as we go into the walting world of Neil Kipling or Negus Kiply or Captain Kippers. Known to the locals in Home town as a drunken bigoted fool who would waffle about his time at sea. Many have challenged him over his claims only for him to scuttle off like a pissed crab and turn up elsewhere
Kipling has been exposed before on other pages and to the WMHCHQ looked more to be a harmless pissed old fool with a thing for boats and all things nautical.
However, it became obvious he was far from harmless as his name kept appearing in connection with previous Walts we have exposed. Either defending them or partying down with them at veterans gatherings.
Only Uncle Albert was more genuine.
A pattern would start to emerge as someone who would attach himself to the any cause such as that with the late Dennis Hutchings which have become magnetic Walts where they could mingle with genuine veterans, pick up dits and slyly establish themselves as real veterans but actually they all kept mingling with other Walts and Bloaters.

The South Atlantic Medal 82 which Kipling had never been awarded as he had never served in Falklands war. We know this as we checked and he does not appear on the SAMA orbat.
Once exposed he removed it then came up with a classic walt excuse.
Again Kipling like the Blair twins has infiltrated a farm in Bristol called the PTSD Farm which like the Blairs is calling into question their due diligence process when assessing the suitability of those mixing with genuine veterans who have complexities associated to their service.
At the height of his walting Kipling would frequently be wearing a verity of medals including the SAM 82.
Over time these medals would change as the SAM 82 would disappear. When first asked about the SAM 82 Kipling came out with this excuse. Note the excuse for the next medal which we will examine next.
Yet after this excuse he obviously lost respect for the family relative as he forgot to wear it after being found out.
The Silver jubilee Medal is extremely rare and the Silver jubilee was issued in 77 but he was still in school in 78 so how could he have have been awarded it?
Let’s sort this one out.
Sooo. Let’s break that down further
1. The Queens Silver Jubilee Medal. Issued in 1977 with only 9,000 being issued to members of the armed forces through all three branches. (Adult service) not a sea cadet!
2. Someone who was born 17th April 1961 and left Whitby Gramma School in 1978 at 17, so would have been 16 in 1977 when the medal was being issued.
3. Clearly if still at school in 1978 the individual had not taken the queens shilling and so was not eligible for one of the 9,000 QSJM being issued to members of the armed forces (cadets are not members of the armed forces)
4. The medal was only issued in 1977.
5. The QSJM was not issued to sea cadets!

During a local Scarborough news paper interview in 2012 Kipling gives an account of his real history before he decided to pull up anchor from Poo Harbour and set sail to the Far lands of waltershire just three miles west of the island of Bloatarge.
Obviously you need the Internet to walt which to Kipling is a pleasure.
So if a retail manager and self employed since 2005 so how did he get the Diamond Jubilee Medal ? If you are too ill to work you can’t train with a cadet force anywhere due to stringent health and safety rules and regulations.
Then there’s the ever moving and disappearing Navy Cadet Medal...
Here he clipped the rnr off his badge after he was shown to have lied about his membership.
The Royal Navy Petty Officers Cap. He was never in the Royal Navy and again this was confirmed via our contacts and the only trace of Kipling was in the form of French Fancies and Cherry Waltwells on the galley menu.
However he more than likely self issued from the walt eBay stores manned 24/7 by C/Sgt Tony Cumper.
In one of the most strangest acts Kipling films himself walking at the head of a Remembrance parade making out to himself as being the parade marshal.
The look on his face and people looking at him says it all.
When confronted about why he wears a Veterans badge he sent this along with a hum dinger of a claim.

They really do open themselves up, don’t they !
As most will know who have actually been awarded the Veterans badge your name and address are not stamped on the certificate.
To apply for a veterans badge you need to be able to prove your service with you issued number but Kipling claims he can’t remember his number because it was so long ago he joined the RNXS.
Even walts who self awarded themselves via the ministry of eBay know that! Kipling should have consulted his mate Chris Webster

More disturbing is his bullying treatment towards the mother of a genuine soldier KIA in Afghanistan.
Kipling had attempted to infiltrate an organisation until his lies were rumbled and in true Walter Mitty style decided to attack a grieving mother in order to deflect attention from his lies.
The facts
He’s wearing medals which are impossible for him to have been awarded due to his timeline and very own claims on LinkedIn and news articles. Records show no service history either.
The fact he did not even know your name and address are not displayed on a veterans badge certificate is just walt error comedy gold, but here’s the best bit.
When trying to get hold of his records to prove he served, he was sent this and basically tried to pass this off as proof to people not in the know however someone did know and was soon blocked after questioning Kipling.
He had done a short stint in the RNLI at Whitby in 1980 however at the time all his Jubilee medals were issued he was never in service and Kipling has never been able to provide any evidence to back up His entertainment.

However when this is further looked into former members are consulted about Kiplings claims and we get this.
Additionally when Kipling was a member of UKIP he never once mentions having served yet boasts of his successes which suggests a rather over inflated opinion of himself. Narcissist springs to mind.
Verdict What a cumper and you’re well and truly on the WMHCHQ radar for life me old ship mate. Now pull up anchor and sail back to Poo Harbour. Others have tried and failed to expose Kipling due to his constant changing story.
Some little veterans we will add were fooled by several walts and Bloaters within their small circle for years and are now using our evidence to big time it like Colombo.
However, let’s take a look at the dates Medals are issued will always trip a walt up.
Still trying to worm his way out and can’t remember his number and there would be no records of it. So how was kippers able to apply for a veterans badge and have it sent to his address?
Kipling then retorts with the classic walt deflection line used by so many we have previously exposed “Do your research” then claiming no such groups exist despite Kipling complaining to the moderator of the Ex RNXS group soon after our reveal.
Will this walt ever learn?
And so it continues as he’s still trying to maintain he served without providing anything substantial to prove it in order to make all the doubts go away. Kipling again was then put on the spot by a genuine Royal Navy Veteran.
All Kipling could do is cry bully and threats he will tell on him. Typical walt evasive tactics.
A keen eyed member then found this post by Kipling who despite still being at school in 1977 makes the claim he was awarded the QSJM.
Now let’s look at what HMS Fearless was doing in 1977
Again considering Kipling was a boy cadet in 1977 and not in man service at the time the medal was awarded. It’s impossible for Kipling to have even been eligible. Then add the very limited issue of the QSJM which angered many a Jack tar.
Then lets add on just one ship alone only two serving officers were awarded the medal and many others ships had the same, yet Kipling claims he was awarded it while still a school boy.
Once we dropped this evidence Kipling changed his story again and hinted he got it for being in the Voluntary service, yet won’t say what. Again typical evasion on the part of the walt.
However it gets even better as Kipling had also claimed he was awarded the medal on the same day by the same person but on XVS PAGHAM. Again Kipling changes his story and again someone who actually there does not recall Kipling or such an event taking place where a 16 year old is awarded a medal by Lord Mountbatten
Kiplings actions and response to the allegations alone Proves without a doubt Kipling is an Internet fibber and a total wankpuffin who self awarded himself medals and tried to establish himself as a veteran within his community when he never was.
